Customer Operations Agent
Αρμοδιότητες
- Καθοδηγεί τους παραγωγούς Α.Π.Ε. σε θέματα που αφορούν την εκπροσώπησή τους, τις συμβατικές τους υποχρεώσεις και τις εξελίξεις του ευρύτερου ενεργειακού περιβάλλοντος.
- Διαχειρίζεται τις συμβάσεις και ανταπoκρίνεται σε αιτήματα εκπροσώπησης παραγωγών Α.Π.Ε.
- Αποστέλλει προσφορές και ενημερώνει τους παραγωγούς σχετικά με τους όρους συνεργασίας.
- Συλλέγει και ελέγχει δικαιολογητικά για τη σύναψη σύμβασης εκπροσώπησης.
- Υποστηρίζει τις διαδικασίες back office που σχετίζονται με τη διαχείριση συμβάσεων.
- Eπικοινωνεί γραπτά και τηλεφωνικά με παραγωγούς για εξυπηρέτηση ερωτημάτων και παροχή καθοδήγησης.
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα
- Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ / ΑΕΙ Οικονομικής / Θετικής κατεύθυνσης
- Προϋπηρεσία στον χώρο της Ενέργειας ή σε ρόλο Back Office επιθυμητή
- Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά)
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Ms Office

- Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών αιτημάτων και τήρησης προθεσμιών
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά μέσα σε ομάδα
- Διάθεση για μάθηση και προσαρμογή σε δυναμικό περιβάλλον
