Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για εξερχόμενες κλήσεις σε υφιστάμενους πελάτες κορυφαίου Παρόχου Ηλεκτρικής Ενέργειας, με σκοπό την εξυπηρέτηση αιτημάτων, την ενημέρωση για διαθέσιμα προγράμματα και υπηρεσίες και την προώθηση λύσεων που ανταποκρίνονται στις ανάγκες τους, συμβάλλοντας ενεργά στην διατήρηση και ικανοποίηση του πελατολογίου.

Δευτέρα με Παρασκευή - σταθερό πρωινό 10.00-18.00 & μια εβδομάδα τον μήνα απογευματινό 12.00-20.00.
- Απολυτήριο λυκείου ή πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ
- Γνώση Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
- Πολύ καλή ικανότητα χειρισμού εφαρμογών MS Office
- Επαγγελματική - ευγενική συμπεριφορά, εξωστρέφεια και ομαδικό πνεύμα
- Υπευθυνότητα στη διαχείριση ευαίσθητων πληροφοριών
- Προηγούμενη εργασιακή εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα θεωρηθεί προσόν
