Job Summary


INCOM Manufacturing Group Ltd, a growing manufacturer of Industrial, OEM, and industrial safety compliance products, is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service & Office Administrative Associate for our Industrial Products Division office in Ancaster, Ontario.  Check out our website at www.incomdirect.com to learn more about what we do and the industries we serve.


Responsibilities


Description of duties and responsibilities:


  • Order entry and client support for our industrial safety products, construction, and safety markings, for clients North America wide.
  • Administrative support for special projects and accounting-related functions.
  • Supporting a network of regional sales managers.
  • Full-time (40-hours), weekdays at our office location in Ancaster, ON.


Qualifications


Special knowledge, skills, and abilities required:


  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal).
  • Proven analytical ability.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams and Adobe Acrobat DC.
  • Previous experience with MS Business Central or other order processing software is an asset.
  • Experienced in working with a CRM or equivalent sales management software.


Education and experience preferred:


  • Strong ability to work independently and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of the working of an office environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute on projects and overcome obstacles.
  • Previous customer service and/or administrative experience preferred.
  • Post-secondary education is preferred.
