INCOM Manufacturing Group Ltd, a growing manufacturer of Industrial, OEM, and industrial safety compliance products, is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service & Office Administrative Associate for our Industrial Products Division office in Ancaster, Ontario. Responsibilities
Description of duties and responsibilities:
- Order entry and client support for our industrial safety products, construction, and safety markings, for clients North America wide.
- Administrative support for special projects and accounting-related functions.
- Supporting a network of regional sales managers.
- Full-time (40-hours), weekdays at our office location in Ancaster, ON.
Qualifications
Special knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal).
- Proven analytical ability.
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams and Adobe Acrobat DC.
- Previous experience with MS Business Central or other order processing software is an asset.
- Experienced in working with a CRM or equivalent sales management software.
Education and experience preferred:
- Strong ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of the working of an office environment.
- Demonstrated ability to execute on projects and overcome obstacles.
- Previous customer service and/or administrative experience preferred.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
