About Eziway
Australian-founded in 2007, Eziway is a growing salary packaging provider with nearly 120 people partnering with 500+ employer groups across every state. Our people aren't just employees — they're the reason we succeed.
The Role
Eziway Salary Packaging provides outsourced salary packaging services to FBT-exempt organisations including charities, public health, community and disability service providers. How You'll Work
Reporting into the team, you'll:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Eziway salary packaging clients
- Answer incoming calls and assist with enquiries in line with our service offering
- Process the salary packaging lifecycle — account creation, documentation and terminations
- Use Eziway's software for data entry, client file updates and record accuracy
What You'll Own
- Client Portfolio — Own a designated set of client accounts, delivering a superior salary packaging experience end-to-end
- Enquiry Handling — First point of contact for incoming calls and client queries
- Lifecycle Processing — Account creation, documentation and terminations across the salary packaging cycle
- Records & Data — Accurate data entry and file maintenance using Eziway's in-house software
What We're Looking For
- Salary packaging or novated lease experience highly regarded, not essential
- Customer service experience with a genuine willingness to deliver superior service
- High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet KPIs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft suite, comfortable picking up new systems
- Typing speed of 40wpm with 95% accuracy
- Availability for a rotating roster with 8am, 9am and 10am starts
What's in it for You
- A 35-hour week, 9–5 — because your time outside work matters too
- Work close to home, skip the city traffic
- Free onsite parking, one less thing to think about
- Genuine career growth in a business that's still scaling
- Access to an Employee Assistance Program
