About this role
岗位职责：
- 负责对客户发货地址进行合规性审核与确认，确保符合公司及相关法律法规要求（如出口管制、贸易合规等）
- 审核客户提供的收货地址信息，包括但不限于公司名称、注册地址、实际收货地址、最终用途等
- 配合销售、订单管理、物流团队，对订单中的地址信息进行前置检查与风险识别
- 使用内部及第三方系统对客户及地址进行制裁名单（Sanction List）及受限方筛查
- 识别潜在合规风险（如敏感地区、异常地址、第三方转运等），并提供风险判断及处理建议
- 跟进异常案例，与法务/合规团队沟通，确保问题闭环解决
- 建立并维护发货地址合规审核的操作流程及标准，提高审核效率与准确性
- 支持审计工作，确保相关流程符合公司内部控制要求
- 对相关业务团队进行基础合规培训与指导
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，物流、国际贸易、法律、商务管理等相关专业优先
- 3年以上相关经验，有贸易合规 / 订单管理 / 物流合规 / 客户主数据管理经验优先
- 熟悉出口管制、贸易制裁（如EAR、OFAC等）相关基础知识优先
- 具备较强的风险识别能力与逻辑分析能力
- 具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，能够与销售、法务、运营等多方协作
- 细致严谨，责任心强，具备合规意识
- 熟练使用Excel及相关系统，有ERP/CRM经验优先
- 英文读写能力良好（可处理英文地址及基本邮件沟通）
