Salary

$15.91 - $17.91 an hour with opportunities for continued advancement.

Job Summary

* Inbound Calls – no sales calls or cold calling

Pre-Sales Assistance

  • Answer questions about products from our catalogs and help screens
  • Enter orders - sample swatches, quotes, new orders

Post-Sales Assistance

 

  • Status updates/order tracking
  • Troubleshooting using available guides
  • Enter orders – parts, repair, remakes
  • Issue credits

Requirements

Education and Experience

High School Diploma required

 

Skills/Training

  • Good communication skills (written, oral, listening, approachable)
  • Ability to build relationships with customers
  • Good analytical skills 
  • Basic computer skills
  • Multitasking skills
  • Reliability
