The Customer Service Representative with Danish is a key contact for complex customer needs, providing expert support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities:
Resolve escalated or complex customer issues with professionalism.
Mentor and train entry-level Customer Service Representatives.
Identify and support improvements in service processes.
Help monitor service quality and team performance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Danish and English is a must.
2+ years of customer service experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM tools and service platforms.
High school diploma required; additional education a plus.
