Au sein de l’équipe Customer Experience, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Accompagner et assister nos clients dans la rĂ©solution de leurs demandes, tout en garantissant une expĂ©rience utilisateur optimale
  • Identifier, remonter et centraliser les problĂ©matiques clients afin de contribuer Ă  l’amĂ©lioration continue de nos produits et services
  • Participer activement Ă  l’excellence de l’expĂ©rience client et Ă  la satisfaction de nos utilisateurs
  • Collaborer avec les Ă©quipes internes pour rĂ©soudre les problĂ©matiques complexes et amĂ©liorer nos process
