The Job:

1. In this role you are expected to run daily operations while being detail oriented.

2. You engage in planning & continuous improvement activities.

3. You will have ownership of your own domain within the customer fulfillment process and you will stay cool and professional in escalated situations.

4. This role is an ideal step to becoming a supply chain professional with lots of room for personal development and initiatives.

5. You will report to the Head of Customer Fulfillment APAC.

You:

1. Coordinate with contract manufacturers for international inbound transportation operations between contract manufacturers and global 3PLs, US headquarter & Global offices.

2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify priorities and work freight forwarders/DHL/FedEx to ensure timely deliveries in a cost-effective manner.

 3. Coordinate with Customs Brokers on import & export clearance. Deal with 3PL for shipments in & out of the warehouse

4. Collect data for strategic decision-making & business case/projects Working with internal and external stakeholders in order to drive improvements

5. Support cycle counting, and inventory accuracy efforts. 6. Support other work assigned by the manager.
