Cyber Security Architect I Headquarters

We are looking for a Cyber Security Architect to strengthen our IT systems development team working in our office in Vilnius, Lithuania.

In this role, you will: 

• Design and implement secure IT and cloud architectures, support security engineering initiatives, assess risks, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to embed security by design. 

• Perform administration and development of identity infrastructure, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), certificate-based authentication, conditional access policies, authentication scenarios, and role-based access models 

• Design, implement, and maintain Hybrid Active Directory environments, including on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) 

• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments 

• Implement and maintain authentication and authorization mechanisms, including MFA, SSO, conditional access, certificate-based authentication, and PKI integrations 

• Support and troubleshoot cross-platform integration of identity services in hybrid environments 

• Collaborate with security and IT teams to ensure identity services comply with enterprise security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements 

• Execute regular reviews of access policies and identity-related security events 

• Participate in the analysis and resolution of incidents and service disruptions, coordinating with vendors and internal teams when required 

• Prepare technical documentation, guidelines, and best practices related to IAM processes and solutions 

• Participate in projects involving the implementation of new security and cloud solutions, system upgrades, and automation initiatives 

What we expect of you: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field 

• At least 3 years of experience in systems administration, implementing or maintaining IAM, PAM, PIM, PKI, or similar solutions 

• Hands-on experience managing Hybrid Active Directory environments and identity lifecycle management processes 

• Strong knowledge of access control models, MFA, SSO, conditional access, certificate-based authentication, and PKI solutions 

• Understanding of enterprise authentication and authorization protocols, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Kerberos, JWT, and certificate-based authentication mechanisms 

• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors 

• Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills, both spoken and written 

Ideally, you would also have: 

• Experience working with hybrid IT infrastructures combining on-premises and cloud technologies 

• Experience implementing and maintaining enterprise security technologies, such as PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, WAF, ZTNA, DLP, vulnerability management, email security, cloud security, and DevSecOps security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA). 

• Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar tools 

• Experience working with monitoring and log management platforms such as Azure Monitor, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or Zabbix 

• Experience with API integrations, including REST APIs and Webhooks 

• Knowledge of IT Service Management principles and ITIL methodology 

• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate certification 

• Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate certification 

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification 

• Project coordination or project management experience

Salary: 

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position starts from 40 Eur/h - 45 Eur/h (5810,00 Eur/month- 7470,00 Eur/month) gross, depending on your experience and qualifications, with the possibility of additional bonuses. 

In the employment agreement, a fixed (tariff) hourly gross salary rate is specified and defined.
