Cybersecurity Analyst I

Monitor security alerts and escalate incidents as per defined protocols. Assist in vulnerability scans and patch verification. Document findings and maintain security logs. Support compliance checks and audit preparation. Learn and apply cybersecurity best practices and tools.

Entry-level technical role involving defined tasks under regular supervision. The work supports broader departmental goals by improving workflows, techniques, and processes. Responsibilities involve analyzing data, identifying patterns, and applying innovative thinking to solve problems. Communication is primarily internal and is expected to explain and interpretate data accordingly. May work independently on smaller assignments or assist with components of larger projects. A strong educational background or equivalent experience in a relevant field is expected.
