Job Description

We are growing our cybersecurity capabilities and are looking for passionate Security Specialists (red/blue/purple teams) to join our specialized delivery teams supporting enterprise customers across multiple industries.

Depending on your specialization, you will:

• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security events and incidents
• Support the implementation and optimization of SIEM, EDR, IAM, and WAF solutions
• Perform vulnerability assessments and security testing activities
• Analyze and improve network security posture
• Collaborate with client engineering and operations teams on security initiatives
• Participate in security reviews, hardening, and remediation activities
• Contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement of security processes aligned with OWASP standards and application security principles
• Work as part of dedicated cybersecurity teams delivering services to Endava clients

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more cybersecurity domains listed above
• Understanding of modern security concepts, frameworks, and best practices
• Hands-on experience with security tooling and platforms
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in client-facing environments
• Good communication skills in English
• Relevant certifications are considered a plus (CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, Cloud Security, Palo Alto, etc.)
• Background in security standards and governance (ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443, CRA) and extending control concepts to AI systems
