- Hands-on experience building business dashboards using Power BI (preferred) or other BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert business questions into structured analyses.
- Experience working with large datasets and translating data into meaningful business insights.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
- The ability to independently manage ambiguous requests while balancing multiple priorities.

You should not apply if you:
- Prefer repetitive reporting over solving complex business problems.
- Are uncomfortable working with SQL, dashboards, and large datasets.
- Need constant direction and struggle to independently navigate ambiguous requirements.
- Avoid interacting with stakeholders or translating business needs into analytical solutions.
- See analytics as just generating reports rather than influencing business decisions.

- Prefer maintaining the status quo instead of building scalable, automated reporting solutions.
- Are uncomfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.
- Don't enjoy collaborating across functions or communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Are looking for a role with limited responsibility rather than one that requires ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
