Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst /  Data Cleansing Specialist who will be responsible for reviewing and cleansing the organisation’s data and you need to ensure that there are no duplicates, and that data is complete, ordered, and accurate, and structured in a way that enables reporting. The role may also include some administrative tasks that support the team.

🔍 What You’ll Do 
 

• Ensures that our data is accurate and useful and will increase the efficiency of our internal processes. 

• Verifying the integrity and reliability of data by implementing validation checks and procedures. 

• Improves data quality and helps provide more accurate, consistent and reliable information for decision-making in an organisation. 

• Document the workflow required to meet deliverables and maintain integration requirements documentation. 

• Interrogate data and amend as required. 

• Management of database cleanse routines 

• Identifying opportunities to improve data quality processes and implementing best practices. 

• Support ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team. 

• Review line-by-line entries and maintain the same focus from first line to the last. 

✅ What You Bring 
 

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, a scientific or field.  

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.  

• Some experience with data visualisation would be preferable  

• Experience of using databases, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail  

• Previous experience in Data Sourcing and Data Cleansing  

• Advanced skill level in Excel, HubSpot, Aroflo and Xero  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse / cross-regional teams.  

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry best practices.  

• Highly logical and methodical.
