The RoleĀ
TheĀ Analytics organizationĀ is chartered with advancing data driven decision making across Acrisure. AsĀ a member of theĀ team,Ā you willĀ be responsible forĀ leading theĀ requirementsĀ gathering,Ā design, implementation and delivery of reporting and analytics capabilitiesĀ for Customer Success and Digital Solutions.Ā You will be comfortable working across a wide variety of people includingĀ senior executive leadership, analysts, program management, and technical team members.Ā Ā

- Drive the development of efficient and reliable reporting and analytics capabilities with a customer-first mindset.Ā
- Advance the transition of users from legacy means of accessing information to the future state strategies of data enablement andĀ self-service.Ā
- Create presentation/visualization of data to see beyond the numbers while transforming raw data into actionable insights and recommendations.Ā Ā
- Identify, adopt, and evangelize dataĀ analysisĀ best practices and technical standards.Ā
- Advocate for andĀ identifyĀ creative implementations toĀ optimizeĀ business impact.Ā
- Empower others to grow understanding of the complexity of data by creatively scaling how teamsā knowledge is shared and appliedĀ
- HelpĀ identifyĀ better practices, tools, and relevant trends that can improve data quality across the business.Ā
Ā
You may be a fit for this role if youĀ have:Ā
- 5+ years of industryĀ experience in data analytics or adjacent quantitative fields. (BI, Strategy, Business Operations, Finance, etc.).Ā
- A passion for building remarkable things with data.Ā
- Demonstrated ability to beĀ a dataĀ storytellerĀ and can go deep in buildingĀ data visualizationsĀ and reportingĀ using third partyĀ toolsĀ (TableauĀ andĀ PowerBI).Ā
- Strong understanding of data models, structures, theories, principles, and practices.Ā
- ProficiencyĀ working with stakeholdersĀ to gatherĀ requirements,Ā understandĀ processesĀ and translateĀ themĀ toĀ data,Ā and create/evaluate associated KPIs.Ā
- Experience with SQL, Python,Ā PowerBI,Ā Tableau,Ā dbt,Ā BigQuery, Git,Ā PalantirĀ and data modelingĀ
- Experience with agile projectĀ executionĀ and business tools such as JiraĀ &Ā ServiceNowĀ Ā
- Have excellent communication and leadership skills and can unpack complex problemsĀ in order toĀ find solutions.Ā Ā
- Ability to understand the business purpose or problem behind a request.Ā
- Positive & creative problem solving in the face of data challenges.Ā
- Flexibility to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.Ā
- Strong teamwork, solution-centric,Ā and customer-service-oriented attitude.Ā Ā

- Have aĀ Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Math,Ā Statistics,Ā Business,Ā orĀ relatedĀ field, or equivalent experience.Ā
