Are you a BI Specialist ready for the ultimate data playground?
Within the dynamic world of media and marketing, a massive amount of data flows through our systems daily. As a Data Analytics Manager (Medior BI Developer / Data Analyst) in our Data Infra & Ops (DIO) team, you are the essential link converting this complex raw data (from Google, Meta, TikTok, ad servers, CRM, and more) into crystal-clear, scalable, and visually impressive Power BI solutions.
You will land right in the heart of our data operations. Together with Data Engineers, Solution Architects, and Product Owners, you will build at an enterprise level. Where the engineers ensure the data lands in our Snowflake data warehouse (via Adverity), you take the baton: modeling, building, and visualizing. You create dashboards that directly impact the strategies of the world’s largest brands.
What will you be doing?

Dashboard Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Ensure dashboards provide clear, actionable insights that aligns with marketing- and media objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
- You can support the Project Manager by outlining projects, providing estimations, and providing updates on progress.
Power BI Modeling:
- Develop and maintain robust Power BI data models, including DAX calculations. Support on complex data transformations.
- Familiar with data warehouse models like snowflake scheme
- Optimize data models for performance and usability.
- Ensure data models are aligned with business rules and logic.
Data Integration:
- Able to support on extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various marketing and media data sources (e.g., Google Analytics, Jarvis meta data, media platforms, CRM systems and other).
- Integrate and consolidate data to provide a unified view of marketing and media performance.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with media specialists, project managers, product & AI engineers, and data engineers to understand their needs and deliver BI solutions that meet expectations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to use BI tools and dashboards effectively.
- Provide consultancy to clients on how to use, construct & interpretate data solutions
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Data Governance and Quality:
- Implement and maintain data governance best practices to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Able to manage own projects (agile and with the usage of project management tools like Wrike) according to our quality principles
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and global company and industry trends, particularly in the marketing and media sectors.
- Identify opportunities to enhance BI processes and solutions to better support business objectives.
- Embrace challenges and pioneer new approaches to BI development within the team, setting the foundation for future practices.
About the Data Infra & Ops (DIO) team

Who are you?
You are a solution-oriented builder who doesn't easily panic when facing a complex dataset. You understand that a dashboard is only truly effective when the end-user immediately sees what action to take.
Additionally, you bring the following to the table:
- A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field).
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar role as a BI Developer or Data Analyst.
- Must-haves: Strong, proven programming and modeling experience in Power BI, DAX, and SQL. Furthermore, you understand the importance of BI storytelling and UX-optimized solutions.
- Nice-to-haves: Experience with cloud data warehouses (such as Snowflake) and data integration tools (such as Adverity). Knowledge of the marketing and media landscape is a major plus.
- Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, the courage to challenge stakeholders, and the ability to manage expectations like a pro.
