About the role

Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for building customer partnerships, leading high-performing teams, and driving business growth? This is a unique opportunity to shape the commercial strategy for the Nordic data center market and play a pivotal role in one of the industry's most dynamic and rapidly expanding sectors.

As Data Center Commercial Director, Nordics, you will own and grow relationships with some of the region's most strategic data center customers and prospects. Leading a team of experienced sales professionals, you will drive business development, influence commercial strategy, secure major projects, and establish long-term partnerships that deliver value for both customers and the business. This is a highly visible leadership role offering the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and develop a high-performing Nordic data center sales organization.

· Drive commercial strategy and business development activities across key accounts and strategic prospects.

· Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders.

· Identify and pursue major project opportunities across the Nordic region.

· Lead complex negotiations and support the development of winning commercial proposals.

· Manage and grow a strong sales pipeline to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.

· Partner with senior leadership to align commercial activities with business objectives.

· Represent the business in strategic customer engagements and industry forums.

· Mentor and coach sales leaders and account managers to maximize team performance.

Who We're Looking For

· Significant experience in sales leadership, business development, or key account management within the data center, HVAC, critical infrastructure, or related industries

· Proven track record of winning and growing strategic customer relationships

· Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large, complex sales opportunities

· Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams

· Ability to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally

· Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

· Extensive relevant commercial leadership experience

· Fluent English is a must, fluency in one of the Nordic languages is an advantage

Pay Range 

The annual salary salary for this position is between 648 000 - 1 296 000 sek annually.  Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.      

Other Compensation: 

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
