Job Description
- Gather project and workload data from Engineering Centre Leaders and global stakeholders
- Input, update, and maintain data in resource planning and capacity management systems
- Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across disciplines
- Support preparation of reports and dashboards on resource availability and workload distribution
- Identify discrepancies and contribute to continuous improvement of data collection processes
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering with a basic understanding of technical environments
- Experience with data handling is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and validation
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, digital tools, and basic data analysis or reporting
- Good communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional, multi-location teams
- Fluency in English

Compensation
