About this role

What You ‘ll Do
You will join our high-performance Data & AI team and play a key role in developing advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and accelerate digital transformation across the enterprise.
    • Collect, clean, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple business and technology sources.
    • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
    • Develop data-driven insights and recommendations that support strategic business decisions.
    • Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, root cause analysis, and predictive analytics.
    • Design, develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business use cases.
    • Build predictive, classification, regression, clustering, recommendation, and forecasting models.
    • Evaluate model performance using appropriate statistical metrics and optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
    • Research, prototype, and implement emerging AI and Machine Learning techniques to solve complex business problems.
    • Develop feature engineering pipelines, data transformation workflows, and reusable machine learning datasets.
    • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for analytics and AI applications.
    • Work with large enterprise datasets using SQL, cloud platforms, and modern data engineering frameworks.
    • Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and documentation across analytical workflows.
    • Develop interactive dashboards, executive reports, and business intelligence solutions using modern visualization tools.
    • Present analytical findings, business insights, and AI recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Business Leaders to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
    • Participate in enterprise AI, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives across multiple business domains.
    • Document analytical methodologies, machine learning models, and solution architectures.
    • Stay updated with emerging technologies in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI.
What We Seek In You
    • 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Advanced Analytics.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
    • Strong programming expertise in:
    • Python
    • SQL
    • Exposure to R is an added advantage.

    • Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and analytical data models.
    • Experience developing dashboards and business intelligence reports using:
    • Power BI
    • Tableau
    • Matplotlib
    • Seaborn
    • Strong data visualization and executive-level storytelling capabilities.
    • Experience working with cloud platforms such as:
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
    • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
    • Exposure to Big Data technologies including:
    • Apache Spark
    • Databricks
    • Hadoop
    • Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
    • Experience delivering business-focused analytical solutions in production environments.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Passion for continuous learning and adopting emerging AI technologies.

    • Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
    • Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as:
    • Azure OpenAI
    • OpenAI
    • Claude
    • Gemini
    • Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise applications.
    • Familiarity with Vector Databases including:
    • Pinecone
    • FAISS
    • ChromaDB
    • Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, or Computer Vision.
    • Exposure to MLOps concepts including:
    • Model Deployment
    • Model Monitoring
    • ML Lifecycle Management
    • CI/CD for Machine Learning
    • Experience working within Manufacturing, Automotive, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Enterprise Analytics domains is highly preferred.
