About this role

Role Purpose

The Delivery & Reliability Head is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the Purchase Order (PO) to Cash lifecycle, ensuring reliable project execution, timely revenue recognition (ARR), cash collection, and strong coordination across logistics, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, risks are proactively managed, and financial outcomes are met.

Key Responsibilities

PO to Cash Ownership
  • Own the complete PO to Cash process, from order receipt to final cash realisation
  • Ensure accurate order validation, invoicing, milestone tracking, and revenue alignment
  • Drive process efficiency and compliance across the PO to Cash cycle
  • Project Delivery & Tracking
  • Track projects end-to-end until ARR.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery
  • Ensure delivery commitments are met as per contractual and customer expectations
  • Cash Collection & AR Management
  • Drive cash collection and ensure timely closure of receivables
  • Work closely with Finance and Sales to reduce overdue AR and resolve billing disputes
  • Forecast cash flows and highlight risks impacting collections
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
  • Oversee logistics planning and execution for project deliveries
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely material movement
  • Resolve delivery delays, shortages, or logistics escalations
Risk Management
  • Identify delivery, financial, operational, and vendor-related risks early
  • Implement mitigation plans and escalation mechanisms
  • Ensure minimal impact to revenue, timelines, and customer satisfaction
  • Vendor & Partner Management
  • Manage project vendors and partners to ensure SLA adherence
  • Monitor vendor performance, delivery quality, and timelines
  • Handle vendor escalations, negotiations, and performance reviews
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
  • Act as a single point of accountability for delivery reliability
  • Provide regular status updates on projects, revenue, cash, and risks to leadership
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams

  • Financial acumen with focus on AR, cash collection, and revenue recognition

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in delivery, operations.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects and revenue-linked delivery
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or vendor management preferred
  • Exposure to AR, billing, and cash collection processes
