• Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day. In this dual-role position, you'll provide chairside support to our clinicians while also creating a positive first impression for our patients at reception. You'll be an integral part of our team, helping to ensure every patient receives outstanding care and service from the moment they arrive.

In this role, you will:

• Provide chairside assistance to our clinicians during a range of dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilise instruments, and maintain high infection control standards.
• Welcome patients with a warm and professional approach.
• Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and process payments.
• Respond to patient enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Receptionist (preferred)
• Experience in sterilisation or infection control (advantageous)
• A warm, positive, and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems quickly
• A genuine passion for helping people and contributing to a team environment
