Your Role The DIOPS Deployment Engineer is responsible for the hands-on provisioning and delivery of servers to customers. Working within the DIOPS team and reporting to the DIOPS Regional Manager, the role executes the full delivery workflow, from order intake to customer handoff, ensuring each server is configured correctly, tested, and delivered within the timeframe agreed at the point of sale. This is an execution-focused technical role. The ideal candidate is fast, precise, and process-driven: comfortable working with server hardware and data center environments, disciplined about following runbooks and keeping delivery records accurate, and proactive in flagging anything that puts a delivery window at risk.
