About this role
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns for our residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, managing online campaigns, and enhancing the company's digital presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Generate and manage qualified leads for residential real estate projects.
Handle SEO and SEM activities to improve website ranking and visibility.
Manage and update company website and landing pages for projects.
Create engaging social media content and campaigns to promote projects.
Coordinate with creative and sales teams for campaign planning and lead conversion.
Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM.
Optimize campaigns based on cost per lead (CPL), ROI, and performance metrics.
Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns for project promotions.
Monitor competitors and market trends to suggest new digital strategies.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and SEO.
Experience in lead generation campaigns for real estate projects.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM tools.
Basic understanding of content marketing, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in Real Estate / Construction Industry is highly preferred.
Experience in project marketing, lead funnel management, and campaign optimization.
