Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive HTML email templates compatible with major email clients.
- Execute and manage campaigns across multiple communication channels, including Email, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, Push Notifications, and other messaging platforms.
- Support automation workflows and customer journey execution where required.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) for HTML templates, links, personalization, and rendering across devices and email clients.
- Monitor campaign delivery and troubleshoot execution-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with communication best practices, data privacy policies, and platform guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing automation, or CRM communications.
- Hands-on experience in HTML/CSS for responsive email development.
- Strong understanding of email client compatibility and responsive email design.
- Experience with multichannel communication platforms for Email, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, and Push Notifications.
- Knowledge of campaign management, audience segmentation, and message scheduling.
- Familiarity with campaign automation and marketing technology platforms is preferred.
