Job Description

Mission
Reporting to the Growth Director, own the direct digital channel — traffic, funnel and conversion. Build the digital acquisition engine for the Spain launch and the playbook that scales it to subsequent markets.

Scope
Spain at launch; multi-market as the venture expands. The role is central in scope: one digital engine serving all markets, based in Madrid.

Essential responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition end to end: search, social, comparison-site listings — budget, targeting, creative testing, optimisation
• Own website and app conversion: the signup flow, A/B testing roadmap, cart-abandon recovery, campaign landing pages
• Own the referral channel: mechanics, incentives, tracking — build referral into a growing share of new customers
• Own experimentation end to end: A/B and proposition testing across segments, messages and channels — test design, attribution and readout. Your reads steer the budget
• Define lifecycle journey requirements — onboarding, upsell, churn-prevention, abandon-recovery — specifying triggers, segments and success metrics for the CRM team to build
• Define funnel requirements into the digital team, working with the business Product Owner
• Document the acquisition playbook as a replicable asset for the markets that come next

Qualifications

• 6–8 years digital-first B2C growth experience gained in energy or utilities. Another regulated switching market, fintech and subscription backgrounds could be also considered
• Experience operating across markets or scaling a playbook internationally is highly appreciated
• Strong analytical depth: comfortable owning attribution and experiment design.
• Experience specifying lifecycle/CRM journeys
• Experience operating across markets or scaling a playbook internationally is highly appreciated
• Fluent Spanish and English
