Your Opportunity, Your Team
- The Digital Designer is an important member of the creative team, combining strong visual design with front-end coding skills to create engaging, customer-focused experiences across email, landing pages, homepage and organic and paid social channels. This role collaborates closely with Creative, Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandising, and Photography partners to translate campaign strategies into cohesive, on-brand digital work. The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple deadlines, and committed to delivering polished work across devices and platforms.

Where you will Work
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite in the Atlanta, GA corporate office 4-6 days per month. Relocation is not offered for this position.
What You’ll Do
- Create designs for integrated campaigns, establishing visual concepts and carrying them consistently across email, web, social, and related marketing touchpoints.
- Create platform-appropriate assets for organic and paid social media, maintaining visual consistency across placements and formats.
- Design and code responsive, customer-focused email campaigns, promotional messages, and triggered communications.
- Design landing pages that translate campaign objectives into clear, engaging, and conversion-focused digital experiences.
- Assist in photography direction for marketing images, crops, compositions, and channel-specific requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- Min. 3- 5 years of experience digital design, web design or equivalent professional experience.
- Professional experience designing for eCommerce, retail, or consumer marketing across email, web, and social channels.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong digital design, campaign thinking, typography, color, layout and image selection.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, including responsive design, email coding, browser and digital quality assurance.
