Stellenbeschreibung
- Fachkompetente Pflege und Betreuung der orthopädischen, chirurgischen und urologischen Patientinnen und Patienten
- Sicherung der Pflegequalität mittels Umsetzung der jeweiligen Standards und Richtlinien
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Team, mit den weiteren am Pflegeprozess beteiligten Personen und Berufsgruppen
- Mitverantwortung für die Ausbildung von Fachpersonen Gesundheit und HF- Studierenden sowie Praktikanten
Qualifikationen
- In der Schweiz anerkanntes Diplom «Pflegefachperson HF»
- Aktuelle Berufserfahrung im akut-somatischen Bereich
- Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit in allen Diensten
- Flexibilität und Motivation, um im Team zu arbeiten
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
- EDV-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Polypoint)
