This position requires the ability to assist individuals with teaching skills and offering aid to accomplish their personally set goals for independent living. Duties and responsibilities include:Β
- Assisting with activities of daily living,
- Monitoring for safety,
- Transporting to activities,Β
- Assisting with basic hygiene,Β
- Behavior management (training is provided),Β
- Submit daily progress notes, andΒ
- Maintain a healthy and safe environment for the individual and the employee.Β

Perform simple nursing care, first-aid, behavior management, personal and hygiene.
Requirements: A minimum of one year experience in the medical or a related field (social work, psychology, nursing assistance, etc.) Additionally, the following are required:
- A reliable car
- A current driver's license
- A current work authorization
- Current auto insurance
- Current CPR & First Aid
- Current physical exam
- Current tuberculosis test with negative result
- Social Security Card
- Resume
If hired, a background check (FBI) and a Central Registry check will be required.Β
