Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Secretarial Associate Director who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing corporate secretarial services, and leading a team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. In this role, you will manage corporate secretarial matters for both listed and non-listed companies, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing professional advice to clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for a portfolio of clients, including listed and non-listed companies.
- Provide professional advice to clients on all corporate secretarial matters in a timely manner.
- Lead a team to ensure efficient and quality client services.
- Attend committee/board meetings and record meeting minutes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Possess at least 12 years of experience in corporate secretarial firms, legal firms, or public listed companies.
- Possess a Degree/Advanced Diploma/Diploma/Graduate of ICSA.
- Well-versed in Singapore Companies Act.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team is a must.
- Must have advised listed firms in their corporate secretarial needs.
- Result-oriented individual with strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
