Lead and manage a department category strategy, execution, and team performance to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets. Key Performance Indicators: • Own category P&L performance and profitability • Develop strategies increasing sales and market share • Optimize assortment and pricing for margin gains • Manage supplier relationships and negotiation outcomes • Deliver KPI-driven team performance and execution Qualifications: • 5+ years category management or merchandising experience • Proven leadership experience managing teams • Strong analytical skills with retail/commercial KPIs • Experience with pricing, assortment, and promotion planning • Knowledge of procurement and vendor negotiation practicesQualifications
