Reporting directly to the Global CPO/CTO, you will lead the mechanisms that steer technology across our brands and drive group-wide initiatives from decision to outcome. You will build alignment, make trade-offs transparent and drive timely decisions with executive sponsorship when needed. You will work closely with technology and product leaders across Germany, the US, the UK and Poland, helping shape how Axel Springer reviews, prioritizes and delivers its most important technology initiatives.

• lead high-impact technology programs that shape the future of Axel Springer
• drive cross-brand initiatives from strategy to successful adoption and measurable outcomes
• create transparency across technology investments, delivery performance and organizational effectiveness
• enable faster and better decisions through rigorous analysis and clear recommendations
• bring together technology and product leaders across markets to achieve shared goals
• build and evolve the governance, operating model and capabilities of a growing group-wide function

Qualifications

• bring 7+ years of experience leading large cross-organizational technology programs
• demonstrate a strong track record across platform migrations, operating models or technology integrations
• apply sound technical judgment in cloud, architecture and delivery discussions
• build alignment through data, relationships and effective stakeholder management
• communicate confidently with C-level executives and distill complex topics into clear decisions
