Director of BRICK Healthy Beginnings and Maternal Health Career Pathway

Role Overview The Director of BRICK Healthy Beginnings and Maternal Health Pathway will lead the overall strategy, implementation, performance, and growth of the Healthy Beginnings initiative and the development and expansion of the BRICK Doula Network.  The Director will oversee program design, staff performance, partner alignment, data systems, Medicaid billing readiness, and outcomes. This leader will also be responsible for building the BRICK Doula Network, including developing its operating model, recruiting and supporting doulas, establishing partnerships and referral pathways, integrating doula services into the broader Healthy Beginnings continuum, and developing a sustainable model for growth and reimbursement. The Director will ensure that BRICK Healthy Beginnings and the Maternal Health Pathway deliver high-quality, family-centered care and produce measurable improvements in maternal, infant, and family health.
