About the RoleĀ
The Director of Revenue Operations owns the systems, processes, and tooling that supportĀ NetVendorāsĀ go-to-market teams as the company grows. This roleĀ is responsible forĀ optimizingĀ and evolving the revenue infrastructure that enables Sales, Marketing, and Customer Growth to move faster, work smarter, and win more consistently.Ā
This role comes at an important stage inĀ NetVendorāsĀ growth and calls for aĀ RevOpsĀ leader who can combine strategic ownership with hands-on executionāsetting direction for how our revenue systems evolve while staying close enough to the work to ensure speed and impact. Reporting to the CRO, the Director ofĀ RevOpsĀ partners closelyĀ across the revenue teamĀ to ensureĀ reliable data, efficient workflows, and modern technologyĀ driveĀ pipeline creation, deal execution, and post-sale growth.Ā

Responsibilities:
Revenue Systems & HubSpot ArchitectureĀ
- Own HubSpot architecture across the full revenue lifecycle, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Growth.Ā
- Design, build, andĀ maintainĀ workflows, automations, integrations, and data models that scale with revenue and team growth.Ā
- Ensure systems are practical, usable, and aligned to how revenue teamsĀ actually operate.Ā
- Help define the roadmap for how Revenue Operations scales asĀ NetVendorĀ grows, including whenĀ additionalĀ tooling or support mayĀ beĀ required.Ā
Reporting, Data & Forecast OperationsĀ
- Own GTM reporting and dashboards across pipeline, bookings, renewals, and expansion.Ā
- Ensure revenue leaders haveĀ timely,Ā accurateĀ visibility into pipeline health and performance.Ā
- Own forecasting process execution and operational support (methodologyĀ defined by leadership).Ā
- Establish data hygiene and governance practices that balance accuracy with speed.Ā
- Document and communicate changes to revenue systems and processes to ensure adoption and consistency as the organization scales.Ā
Revenue Process OptimizationĀ
- OptimizeĀ end-to-end revenue processes to support pipeline creation, deal execution, onboarding, renewal, and expansion.Ā
- Partner with the CRO on territory design and routingĀ
- Provide analytical models, insights, and operational support to inform sales compensation plans, quota setting, and capacity planning; administer compensation plans and tooling once decisions areĀ finalized.Ā
- IdentifyĀ friction points for revenue teams and proactively improve workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Ā
- Own lead and account routing logic and automation to ensureĀ timely,Ā accurateĀ handoffs across the revenue team.Ā
Tooling, Automation & AI-Enabled GTMĀ
- Own the architecture and integration ofĀ NetVendorāsĀ revenue technology stack, ensuring tools work together effectively across prospecting, selling, and customer growth, with HubSpot as the system of record.Ā
- IdentifyĀ and implementĀ additionalĀ tools and technologies needed to orchestrate a scalable, modern revenue operation asĀ NetVendorĀ grows.Ā
- Bring forward modern GTM technologies that improve prospect insight, prioritization, and execution.Ā
- Apply automation and AI to enhance:Ā

- Own reporting and operational support for customer onboarding, renewals, expansion, and cross-sell.Ā
- Partner with Customer Growth leadership to ensure visibility into account health, retention trends, and growth opportunities.Ā
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Customer Support, and other departments to ensure alignment on revenue operations processes, data integrity, and business objectives.Ā
- Ensure post-sale data and processes integrate cleanly with pre-sale revenue systems.Ā Ā

QualificationsĀ and RequirementsĀ
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a B2B SaaS environmentĀ
- Proven experience owning and scaling a CRM-driven revenue system, withĀ HubSpotĀ as the system of recordĀ
- StrongĀ track recordĀ designing and operating revenue processes that support pipeline creation, deal execution, renewal, and expansion in a growing sales-led organizationĀ
- Experience building and maintaining GTM reporting and dashboards that provide clear, actionable visibility into pipeline and performanceĀ
- Demonstrated ability to balance rigor and speedādriving data accuracy and operational discipline without slowing the business downĀ
- Hands-on experience architecting a modern revenue technology stack across CRM, prospecting, enrichment, automation, and conversation intelligence toolsĀ
- Familiarity with AI-enabled GTM tools and workflows (e.g., Clay, enrichment platforms, intent data, GTM AI) and a practical mindset for applying them to improve rep productivity and effectivenessĀ
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for revenue leadershipĀ
- Comfortable partnering closely with senior revenue leaders andĀ operatingĀ as a trusted, solution-oriented thought partnerĀ
- ExperienceĀ operatingĀ as a solo or earlyĀ RevOpsĀ leader, with the judgment to know when and how the function should scaleĀ
