Director of Solutions Engineering

We’re looking for a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead and scale our small, high-impact pre-sales engineering team. This is a highly strategic & tactical player-coach leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer engagement, and enterprise sales.  You’ll lead a small, scrappy, high-performing team of solutions engineers while remaining deeply involved in complex customer conversations, technical discovery, demos, proof of concepts, and executive-level deal strategy. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves on critical enterprise opportunities while coaching and elevating the broader team.
