As the Director, Planning - EMEA, you set the planning strategy that connects regional performance to Arc'teryx's broader growth and profitability objectives. You own the planning framework across B2B, Retail and eCommerce, from long-range financial targets through to inventory and merchandise planning, and you lead the cross-functional decision-making that keeps Merchandising, Channel Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital aligned. This is a role with real strategic weight: you'll shape how the region plans, build the team and processes that execute against that vision, and drive the planning maturity needed to support the regional business. You'll operate at the intersection of executive strategy and planning execution, influencing decisions through rigorous data and strategic planning expertise.
