Job Summary:Ā Ā
The District Manager will develop district-level strategies to achieve each storeās financial, operational, and customer-service goals while addressing each storeās unique strengths and challenges in sustainable ways. This supervisory position willĀ leadĀ a team of leaders. The responsibilities include motivating, coaching, and strengthening Shop Managers in their roles as team leaders, retail operators, and business owners. Additionally, the role involves serving as a resource, providingĀ expertiseĀ on key customer issues, team staffing and management, store operations, and company policies and procedures.Ā

Daily Tasks and Projects:Ā Ā
- Collaborate with Shop Managers to develop, implement, and manage business plans for shopĀ locationsĀ
- Maintain full responsibility for the financial performanceĀ directly relatedĀ to their district's shopĀ operationsĀ
- Assist Shop Managers in ensuring shops achieve WRC standards and deliver an exceptional customerĀ experienceĀ
- Continually evaluate and improve operating procedures to ensure fiscal, operational efficiencies, and asset controlĀ
- Ensure district shops adhere to company policies andĀ proceduresĀ
- Ensure compliance of all shops with health regulations and certificationsĀ
- Mentor Shop Managers to develop their skills and depth ofĀ talentĀ

Required Education, Certification, or Experience:Ā Ā
- 3+ years in food service/ restaurantĀ managementĀ Ā
- 3+ years in a customer service environmentĀ Ā
- Multi-unit managementĀ isĀ preferredĀ Ā
- Undergraduate degreeĀ isĀ preferredĀ
- Ability to work full-timeĀ variable hours including early mornings, evenings,Ā weekends and/ orĀ holidaysĀ
- Ability to visit each shop in your portfolio at least once a weekĀ with reliableĀ transportationĀ
- Cleared background check and drugĀ testingĀ

Compensation and Benefits:Ā
- $60,000 - $70,000Ā annual salary, based on experienceĀ
- QuarterlyĀ bonus based on overall shopĀ performance
