About Door of Hope:

Participants receive time-limited rental assistance and ongoing, housing-focused case management tailored to their individual needs, with an emphasis on addressing financial and housing challenges proactively to prevent future instability with the Family Advocate. The Housing Specialist and Family Advocate also serves as a liaison between tenants and landlords and other housing resources to support successful tenancy and housing retention. The Door of Hope Rapid Rehousing Program is funded through the HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Program.
