This is a unique opportunity to join the CRM team behind Kansino.nl, one of the leading online casino brands in the Netherlands. As a Content & CRM Executive, you will play an important role in creating engaging content, executing CRM campaigns, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience for our Dutch players.

The Content & CRM Executive reports to the CRM Manager and works closely with the CRM, SEO, Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams to plan, create, and optimize customer communications and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities
As our Dutch Content & CRM Executive, your responsibilities will include:

• Becoming the Dutch tone of voice for Kansino.nl across all customer
  communications.
• Writing engaging, high-quality content for the website, landing pages, promotional
  pages, and blog articles.
•  Creating and optimising SEO content to improve organic visibility.
• Writing email campaigns, push notifications, SMS campaigns, and other CRM
  communications.
• Creating and optimising Google Ads copy and other digital marketing content.
• Assisting with the creation and execution of online promotions within our CRM and
  back-office systems.
• Creating, maintaining, and updating CMS pages for promotions, ensuring all content
  is accurate, engaging, and optimised
•  Supporting the execution of CRM campaigns, including campaign setup, quality
  assurance, testing, and scheduling.
• Collaborating closely with the CRM, Design, Product, Marketing, and Compliance
  teams to deliver engaging campaigns that drive both player acquisition and retention.
• Ensuring all content complies with Dutch gambling regulations and responsible
  gaming requirements.
• Continuously identifying opportunities to improve customer communications, content
  quality, and campaign performance.
  

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch and excellent written and verbal communication
  skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• A solid understanding of the Dutch language, culture, and local market trends.
• Minimum 2 years experience in content writing, digital marketing or CRM.
• Experience within the online gaming/iGaming industry is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of SEO principles.
• Experience working with CMS platforms.
• Experience with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools is considered a strong
  advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive, creative and eager to contribute beyond your own responsibilities.
• Experience with promotional campaign setup or back-office systems is a plus
