Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a Shopify Plus storefront while coordinating key ecommerce and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing onsite merchandising, promotions, product updates, subscription changes, reporting, quality assurance, and cross-functional project execution. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a hands-on role in driving ecommerce performance while supporting strategic platform enhancements and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a Shopify Plus ecommerce storefront.
  • Set up, test, and manage discount codes, promotional offers, and sale events.
  • Maintain onsite content including banners, homepage assets, collection pages, and campaign messaging.
  • Create and update product listings, including SKUs, descriptions, pricing, imagery, and collection assignments.
  • Support subscription operations, including offer updates, pricing changes, and customer-facing settings using Ordergroove or a similar platform.
  • Coordinate ecommerce projects end-to-end, including timelines, milestones, stakeholder communication, and vendor follow-ups.
  • Support platform migrations and implementation projects, including loyalty program replatforming initiatives.
  • Conduct quality assurance across the website, email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and newly launched features.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to broken links, display inconsistencies, checkout flow, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Pull and organize performance reports using Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
  • Manage ad hoc ecommerce requests across marketing, creative, customer experience, operations, and external partners.
  • Support the broader ecommerce and retention team with additional projects and operational tasks as needed.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in ecommerce, ecommerce operations, or digital project management.
  • Hands-on experience working with Shopify Plus.
  • Experience with subscription management platforms such as Ordergroove or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of Klaviyo, Attentive, Google Analytics, and basic reporting tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience with onsite merchandising, promotional execution, and product setup in an ecommerce environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality assurance and issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals for ecommerce.
  • Experience with technology migrations, platform implementations, A/B testing tools, or JIRA is advantageous.
  • Experience in wellness, vitamins, or supplements is a plus.
  • This is a hybrid position based in Salt River, combining both office-based and remote work.
