We are seeking an experienced professional to join a fast-growing consumer technology startup that is scaling rapidly across India. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in consumer businesses, B2C platforms, or high-growth digital products, and who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, cross-functional execution, and business growth while supporting the company's expansion journey.

Working closely with leadership and multiple business functions, you will contribute to building scalable processes, improving operational efficiency, and delivering customer-centric solutions. The role requires a combination of analytical thinking, execution excellence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while supporting business priorities across rapidly evolving consumer markets. Frequent travel may be required to engage with stakeholders, partners, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic business initiatives that support the growth and scaling of consumer-focused products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects across product, operations, marketing, and business functions.
• Analyze business performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Support the execution of business expansion plans across new markets and customer segments.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of business objectives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide actionable business insights.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable process improvements.
• Monitor key business metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage high-impact projects.
• Travel as required to support business operations, partnerships, and customer engagements.
