PROPOSITO GENERAL DEL PUESTO:

Coordinar e implementar programas de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (EHS), asesorando a las distintas áreas en el cumplimiento de los estándares de Sandvik, requisitos legales y normativas de clientes, con el objetivo de prevenir riesgos, proteger a las personas y al medio ambiente, y contribuir al logro de la meta de Cero Daño.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

  • Generar y monitorear indicadores de desempeño (KPI) de EHS.

  • Implementar y asegurar el cumplimiento de programas de capacitación y entrenamiento en EHS.

  • Realizar inspecciones y visitas a terreno para verificar el cumplimiento de estándares, procedimientos y requisitos legales.

  • Diseñar, implementar y supervisar programas, procesos y documentación de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente.

  • Ejecutar auditorías, evaluaciones e investigaciones para asegurar el cumplimiento normativo.

  • Liderar investigaciones de incidentes y accidentes, aplicando metodologías de análisis de causa raíz.

  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento al cierre oportuno de acciones correctivas y preventivas.

  • Coordinar y controlar actividades del Sistema de Gestión Integrada y la mejora continua.

  • Mantener actualizada la documentación crítica de EHS en los sitios asignados.

  • Elaborar estadísticas, reportes y planes anuales de capacitación.

  • Gestionar la relación con mutualidades y organismos administradores.

  • Promover una cultura preventiva y posicionar EHS como un factor clave para la sostenibilidad y competitividad del negocio.

SU PERFIL:

  • Título Universitario de Ingeniero en Prevención de Riesgos.​

  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años en cargos EHS similares en Minería y/o Maquinaria en División El Teniente.

  • Certificación SNS (excluyente)​

  • Inglés Intermedio (deseable).​​

​OTROS:

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en sistema de turno según necesidad del negocio.

  • Licencia de conducción clase B, mínimo antigüedad 3 años (excluyente).

  • Disponibilidad para desempeñarse en distintas regiones del país según requerimientos operacionales.

  • Residencia en Rancagua (excluyente). ​
