Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an Emergency Services Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.To be successful in this role, you will possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others. • Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
• Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient.
• Demonstrates accountability for own ethical behavior, and supports ethical practice by addressing and/or escalating issues.
• Recognizes limits of scope of practice, seeks multidisciplinary collaboration, utilizes appropriate resources, and follows chain of command.
• Recognizes, assesses, and responds promptly to changes in patient condition within established timeframes.
• Delegates safely based on patient status, potential for harm, task complexity, and team members’ competency/scope.

Job Requirements

Required

• Registered Nurse: AZ or Compact State license
• Two years recent ED experience
• American Heart Association
  • Basic Life Support - CPR 
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support

Preferred

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)
• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN)
• Emergency Nurse Pediactric Course (ENPC)
