Job Description:

Position Description  

The Endpoint Management Engineer is responsible for the design, administration, automation, and support of enterprise endpoint management platforms including Tanium, Jamf Pro, and Microsoft Intune. This role manages Windows and macOS devices throughout their lifecycle, drives patching and compliance initiatives, deploys software and security configurations, and develops automation and reporting solutions that improve operational efficiency and endpoint security. 

This role albeit remote, we would require someone to be within at least 1 hour travel distance from our Polish office: Komandorska 12, 5th Floor, 50-022, Wrocław, Poland

Key Responsibilities 

Endpoint Management & Engineering 

  • Administer and maintain Tanium, Jamf Pro, and Microsoft Intune. 

  • Manage Windows and macOS device lifecycles from provisioning through retirement. 

  • Develop and maintain endpoint management standards, policies, and procedures. 

  • Ensure device inventory accuracy and endpoint visibility across the enterprise. 

Patch Management, Security & Compliance 

  • Manage operating system and third-party application patching programs. 

  • Monitor and improve endpoint compliance and vulnerability remediation. 

  • Support security hardening initiatives and endpoint security standards. 

  • Partner with Cybersecurity teams to investigate and remediate security risks. 

  • Develop compliance and executive reporting dashboards. 

Software Deployment & Automation 

  • Package, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications. 

  • Create automated deployment and remediation solutions. 

  • Manage self-service application catalogs and user software delivery processes. 

  • Develop scripts and integrations using PowerShell, Bash, Python, and APIs. 

Platform Administration & Reporting 

  • Maintain platform health, upgrades, integrations, and role-based access controls. 

  • Support Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and related technologies. 

  • Develop operational and executive reporting for patching, compliance, and endpoint health. 

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks. 

Required Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of endpoint management or endpoint engineering experience. 

  • Hands-on experience with Tanium, Jamf Pro, and Microsoft Intune. 

  • Experience managing Windows and macOS environments. 

  • Experience with patch management, software deployment, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and Microsoft Entra ID. 

  • Experience developing automation through PowerShell, Bash, Python, or platform APIs. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting large enterprise environments. 

  • Experience with Tanium Patch, Deploy, Asset, and Comply. 

  • Experience with Apple Business Manager, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Defender, Jamf Protect, or Jamf Connect. 

  • Experience creating reports or dashboards with Power BI, Excel, or native endpoint management reporting tools. 

  • ITIL and endpoint management certifications preferred. 

Desired Certifications 

  • Tanium Certified Administrator 

  • Jamf 200 or Jamf 300 Certification 

  • Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate 

  • Azure Administrator Associate 

  • ITIL Foundation 

The Compensation range for this role is 10,000zl up to 12,000zl per month or 144,000zl annually and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This will be based on your background and skills alignment with the role.
We require all persons hired to verify identity and eligibility to work in Poland and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
The successful individual must be authorised to work in Poland for any employer and must all be a current resident in Poland.
