Engagement Specialist

The Creative team provides customers with original, relevant, and contemporary visuals. Through an industry-unique combination of consumer research, proprietary data, and three decades of trend reporting experience, the team delivers actionable insights that guide customers to the visual content that connects with consumers. Closely collaborating with our contributor base of photographers, videographers, and illustrators around the world, the team develops market leading, authentic, and differentiated content.  Who You Are: You are a highly organised and proactive professional who enjoys building relationships while delivering operational excellence. You thrive in structured environments where attention to detail, consistency, and follow-through matter. Managing multiple priorities, working across systems, and keeping projects moving forward comes naturally to you.  This role focuses on data driven operational execution, creator engagement, and programme success rather than content creation or creative production. Just as importantly, you are a people person. You enjoy connecting with others, building trust, and helping individuals succeed. You are comfortable working with photographers, videographers, filmmakers, and creators across APAC, providing guidance and support that helps them deliver stronger results on client briefs. You have an interest in the creative industry, but your strengths lie in coordination, engagement, problem-solving, and execution rather than content creation itself.
