Key Accountabilities:​

• Establish an appropriate system to launch the new and modified product into the mass production stage .
• Initiate Engineering Qualification Plan of new and modified products, processes, equipment, and material .
• Coordinate with other departments to build, inspect, test, and approve sample required for EQP process.
• Follow up status of all new and modified products, processes, equipment, and material until it is approved as per required standard.
• Generate data/reports to concerned parties as required.
• Support department quality objective and target.
• Take responsibility for any duty assigned by Engineering Manager or supervisor according to legal requirement.
• Support all company's activities in respect with ISO9000, ISO14001 and other activities which are required for improving company profit and reputation.

Key Qualifications:

Education Qualification:

• BE in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic, Chemical or related field.

Technical Competence & Skills:

• Good to use PC, Microsoft Office, and/or other engineering software is a plus.
• Good Knowledge of Project Management.
• Knowledge of Statistical/FMEA/Quality Basic tools and Six Sigma Technique.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

Leadership Competence:

• Strong leadership with high responsibilities and able to work under pressure.
• Strong in problem-solving, decision making and analytical skills, Team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and team skill
• Initiative thinking.               
• Ability to work independently with high enthusiastic.
• Active, cooperate, creative, initiative

Relevant Experience:

• Experience in Electronic or HDD field.
• Engineering background with some experience with NPI (New Product Introduction).

Others:

• Good command of spoken and written English
• Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO9001/ TS16949
