ANA is growing and scaling, and we are seeking an Engineering Project Manager in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada. As we transition from research and development into a full-scale commercial product development organization, we are seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead our New Product Introduction (NPI) framework and manage key operational systems. This role bridges technical execution and operational readiness by leading project timelines, driving Change Request (CR) workflows, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate ensures engineering change integrity, manages part life cycles, and establishes grounded, realistic launch schedules across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, hands-on project leader who can operate comfortably at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, systems, and business operations. This individual should be comfortable establishing structure where processes are still evolving, identifying risks before they become problems, and holding cross-functional teams accountable to realistic commitments. The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. This role reports to the Director of R&D.
