About this role
We are looking for English ESL Teachers for a Training Center based in Beijing. This position is available with an immediate start or in August 2026.
Job details
- Teach English Literature, General English and English Reading to students
- Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
- Co-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum
- Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least 1 years of related teaching experience
- A TESOL/TESL/TEFL qualification
- Excellent English communicative skills
- Monthly salary of 18,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Flight Reimbursement: Up to RMB 8,000 annually
- Insurance: Commercial Insurance
- Annual Leave: 5 Days
- Fully Paid Sick Leave: 3 Days per year
- Contract Renewal Bonus: Up to 50% of monthly salary (Based on annual performance)
