What is Finance Manager - Enterprise?

This role acts as an embedded Enterprise Finance partner to business, combining business performance ownership with strong financial governance, risk oversight, and independent challenge to ensure sustainable, compliant, and value-accretive growth.

The role reports to Stream Head – Enterprise Finance.

What does Enterprise Finance Manager do?

Enterprise Finance Business Partnering

•             Own financial performance (revenue, cost, margin)

•             Support pricing, deals and commercial strategy

•             Provide insights on KPIs and performance drivers

Financial Governance & Control

•             Enforce financial policies and approval frameworks

•             Ensure revenue recognition, cost allocation, and margin integrity

•             Strengthen financial controls in commercial processes

•             Identify and mitigate financial risks

Business Case Governance

•             Evaluate and challenge business cases

•             Conduct CAPEX/OPEX appraisals

•             Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis

Performance Management & Analytics

•             Manage P&L visibility and reporting

•             Deliver variance analysis and financial insights

•             Support budgeting and forecasting aligned with business

•             Drive margin improvement and efficiency initiatives

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Commercial Finance Manager - Enterprise?

• Minimum Masters’s degree in Business Management/Finance/Accounting
• Professional Qualification such as CA/ACCA/ACMA/CIMA will be preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance/commercial finance
