Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading internal and external communications materials including newsletters, press releases, and reports.
- Support social media management by creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement across platforms.
- Help coordinate events, webinars, and meetings by managing logistics, invitations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update the communications database and contact lists to ensure accuracy and organization.
