Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions.
- Support senior engineers in daily operations and project tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment and systems.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Learn and apply health and safety standards within engineering activities.
- Participate in training sessions and development programs to improve technical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CAD software is a plus.
- Valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
